About Formula
This Ayurvedic spice blend is traditionally used to support and enhance digestion for individuals with a Vata constitution. According to Ayurveda, Vata types often experience gas, bloating, constipation, and irregular digestion. This formula combines salty, warming, and hydrating spices to gently stimulate digestive fire (agni), improve nutrient absorption, and reduce excess air in the colon.
