1. Overview
Some products sold by Herb Man Teas may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you may manage, modify, or cancel those purchases.
2. Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you select (for example, monthly or every two months).
- Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal unless you cancel in advance.
- Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

3. Subscription Refunds and Pricing Adjustments
Subscription purchases often include a discounted price compared to one-time purchases.
If you cancel your subscription after only one delivery, the subscription discount no longer applies. In this case:
- The regular (non-subscription) price will apply to your first order.
- The price difference will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Example:
If a product normally costs $10 but is $9 under a subscription, and you cancel after the first delivery, your order is adjusted to the standard $10 price. Any refund issued reflects that adjustment.
This policy ensures subscription discounts apply only to customers who receive more than one shipment.
4. Pre-Orders
Occasionally, select teas or formulas may be offered for pre-order prior to being in stock.
- You may be charged a deposit or the full amount at checkout.
- Once inventory becomes available, your order will be fulfilled automatically.
- Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before fulfillment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, pre-orders fall under the standard Returns & Refund Policy.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
You may cancel or modify a subscription or pre-order by:

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the Returns & Refund Policy.
