Refund & Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Because our teas are perishable grocery products, opened bags cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@khabirsclinic.com before sending anything back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on unopened products. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, or exchange it for another item of similar price and reship the replacement at our expense.
If you have tried the product and feel it is not working for you, please message us. We can help you understand how to use the product for best results and provide other guidance as needed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged in shipping or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@khabirsclinic.com.
We may provide a return shipping label so we can inspect the damaged product for our records. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
