Order Processing

All Herb Man Teas products are prepared and packaged by hand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped through USPS.

Delivery times are typically 3–5 business days after shipment, although carrier delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. If you provide a mobile phone number, you may also receive delivery notifications from the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Herb Man Teas is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not moved in tracking for 7 days or more, please contact us at herbmanteas@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
