High in calcium & minerals; traditionally used for bone fractures, low bone density, & osteoporosis

100% Organic & Tested: Asthishrinkhla, Praval Pishti (Coral calcium), Arjuna, Moringa, Bala, Dashamoola (10 Herbs), Ginger

[tab name='About Formula']

This nourishing Ayurvedic tonic is traditionally used to support bone regeneration, tissue repair, and long-term skeletal strength. It is ideal for individuals with low bone density, osteoporosis, or those recovering from fractures and injuries.

Known in Ayurveda for rebuilding and mineralizing bone tissue (asthi dhatu), this formula combines powerful herbs and natural calcium sources to strengthen bones, joints, and connective tissues. It also supports nutrient absorption and circulation to skeletal structures—particularly important for Vata-type conditions involving degeneration, cracking, and dryness.

Key Benefits:

  • Rebuilds bone tissue and strengthens joints
  • Speeds fracture recovery and bone regeneration
  • Provides natural calcium and key bone minerals
  • Supports cartilage repair and connective tissue tone
  • Improves absorption of calcium and minerals when taken with healthy fats

This is a long-term, deeply nutritive formula and works best when taken consistently with a warm, nourishing, high-fat diet. It is suitable for both women and men seeking natural support for bone health.

[tab name='About Herbs']

  • Asthishrinkhla (Cissus quadrangularis): Also known as Hadjod, this herb is traditionally used to promote bone healing, improve mineral density, and accelerate fracture recovery.
  • Praval Pishti (Coral Calcium): A natural source of highly absorbable calcium that cools Pitta and supports strong bones, joints, and teeth.
  • Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna): Enhances calcium retention and circulation to the bones; known in Ayurveda for strengthening both cardiac and skeletal tissues.
  • Moringa (Moringa oleifera): Nutrient-dense superfood high in calcium, magnesium, and essential amino acids; supports bone repair and joint health.
  • Bala (Sida cordifolia): A muscle-strengthening and rejuvenating herb that improves flexibility, joint function, and Vata balance.
  • Dashamoola: A classical Ayurvedic group of ten roots traditionally used to support the musculoskeletal system and reduce Vata-related degeneration.
  • Ginger (Zingiber officinale): Enhances digestion and nutrient assimilation; improves circulation and supports healthy inflammation levels.

Together, these ingredients offer a comprehensive Ayurvedic approach to strengthening the skeletal system, reducing Vata, and rebuilding deep structural tissues.

[tab name='Tips & Notes']

Dietary guidelines:
To support calcium absorption and bone strength, follow a Vata-balancing diet rich in healthy fats (ghee, olive oil), proteins (lentils, seeds, warm milk), and cooked vegetables. Avoid fasting, raw or cold foods, and excessive caffeine or carbonated drinks, which can leach minerals from bones.

Tip: This formula works best when taken with ghee or raw milk to enhance mineral absorption and increase its tissue-building (brimhana) effect.

Note: These Ayurvedic formulas are very powerful compared with teas, tinctures, or single herbs. Many include formulas within formulas—totaling up to 50 herbs in one product. Ayurvedic products are generally used for specific health issues and often based on Vata, Pitta, and Kapha imbalances. Thus, read about each product carefully before purchasing.

For major or complex health issues, it is recommended to do a Zoom appointment with Khabir, who can provide customized formulas or teas along with personalized dietary guidelines. Visit KhabirsClinic.com or call 888-611-0878.
