About Herbs
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): Known in Ayurveda for its powerful rejuvenating effect on the female reproductive system. Traditionally used to increase milk volume and richness, balance female hormones, and support a calm postpartum state.
Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum): A classic galactagogue used to naturally stimulate milk flow. Also supports digestive comfort and reduces colic and gas symptoms passed through breast milk.
Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum): Used historically to improve circulation, enhance milk flow, and add a naturally sweet, warming taste. Balances blood sugar and supports digestion.
Dill Seed (Anethum graveolens): Traditionally used to improve the taste and digestibility of milk. Also reduces infant colic and gas through breast milk while gently stimulating milk production.
Together, these herbs provide a gentle but effective lactation tonic that enriches the milk, strengthens the mother, and eases infant discomfort passed through milk.

Tips & Notes
Dietary guidelines: Favor warm, moist, and nourishing foods during lactation. Include healthy fats (ghee, coconut oil, nuts), whole grains, and warming spices like cumin, fennel, and turmeric. Avoid dry, raw, or cold foods that aggravate Vata and impair milk production. Stay well hydrated with warm herbal teas or hot water.
According to traditional Ayurvedic teachings, postpartum recovery and lactation depend on restoring ojas (vital energy), nourishing the reproductive tissues, and calming Vata dosha. This formula supports all three goals by combining herbs historically used to build strength, improve milk quality, and ease infant discomfort passed through milk.
Note: These Ayurvedic formulas are more powerful than teas, tinctures, or single herbs. Many blends include up to 50 herbs, selected for their synergistic effects. Ayurvedic remedies are generally tailored to Vata, Pitta, or Kapha imbalances and specific health needs. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
