Dietary guidelines:
Dietary changes are important for effective treatment. For loose stool and inflamed digestion, follow a Pitta-Vata balancing diet:

• Avoid cold drinks, raw foods, spicy foods, dairy, and acidic foods.
• Emphasize warm, soft, easy-to-digest foods like basmati rice, mung soup, squash, and cooked carrots.
• Avoid stimulants, caffeine, and snacking between meals.
• Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, and maintain regular mealtimes.
