FOOD ALLERGY FORMULA

This Ayurvedic formula is traditionally used in Ayurveda for relieving allergic reactions to food and improving digestion. According to Ayurveda, many food sensitivities result from poor digestion (mandagni) and toxin buildup, particularly in individuals with Vata or Kapha constitutions.

Haritaki: Used historically to promote regular elimination and calm gut inflammation; supports all three doshas.

Daruhaldi: Bitter, cooling, and liver-cleansing; traditionally used to purify the blood and reduce skin irritation and swelling.

Ajwain: Warming digestive stimulant; relieves gas, bloating, and indigestion caused by heavy or allergenic foods.

Ajmoda: A pungent, warming herb that improves digestive fire and helps clear cold, heavy Kapha from the gut.

Chitrakmool: Traditionally used to increase appetite, improve metabolism, and support detoxification of the GI tract.

Turmeric Extract (Curcumin): Concentrated anti-inflammatory compound used to regulate immune response and relieve inflammatory skin reactions.

Together, these herbs are traditionally combined to support post-meal detoxification, reduce inflammation, and calm allergic digestive and skin reactions caused by food sensitivities.

Powder:

• Take ½ to 1 teaspoon in ¼ cup hot water after meals
• For sensitive individuals or children, use ¼ to ½ tsp
• Do not take with other after-meal formulas
