100% Organic ingredients: Ashwagandha Root, Tulsi, Dandelion Root, Eleuthero Root, Bladderwrack, Ginger Root, Cinnamon Bark, Black Pepper
HerbMan note: This tea is for cold, slow, heavy, low-energy thyroid-type patterns. It is warming, stimulating, and kapha-moving, not for heat, nervousness, palpitations, racing heartbeat, or hyperthyroid-type symptoms.
About Formula
Healthy Thyroid Tea is a warming herbal formula created for people with sluggish thyroid-type symptoms such as low energy, slow metabolism, feeling cold, poor circulation, heaviness, water retention, sluggish digestion, and kapha (cold, heavy, sluggish dosha pattern) congestion.
According to traditional Ayurvedic use, many low-thyroid-type patterns are associated with weak agni (digestive fire), coldness, heaviness, slow movement, poor circulation, and reduced metabolic activity. This formula is designed to warm the body, support digestion, encourage circulation, move cold heaviness, and support more natural energy.
This tea is best suited when the pattern feels cold, dull, slow, heavy, and tired. It is not meant for hot, restless, overactive, or overstimulated thyroid-type patterns.
This tea is especially useful for:
– Sluggish thyroid-type symptoms
– Slow metabolism
– Low energy and fatigue
– Feeling cold often
– Poor circulation
– Heavy, dull, sluggish body patterns
– Water retention or puffiness
– Sluggish digestion
– Low stamina and poor daily drive
– Cold, slow, low-energy patterns
This tea is best used consistently over time when the main pattern is coldness, low energy, sluggish metabolism, poor circulation, and heaviness. It is not the correct direction for hyperthyroid-type symptoms, heat, nervousness, palpitations, racing heartbeat, or overstimulation.
About Herbs
Ashwagandha Root – Traditionally used in Ayurveda to support thyroid and adrenal strength, especially when fatigue, weakness, stress, low stamina, and low energy are part of the thyroid-type pattern.
Tulsi – Traditionally used to clear kapha (cold, heavy, sluggish dosha pattern), support prana (vital life energy), improve circulation, and encourage clearer energy. Tulsi is useful when the pattern includes dullness, low motivation, heaviness, and sluggish energy.
Dandelion Root – Traditionally used to support liver function, bile flow, digestion, and the body’s natural clearing process. This is useful when sluggish thyroid-type symptoms include slow digestion, poor fat metabolism, water retention, and heaviness.
Eleuthero Root – Traditionally used as an energy and stamina-support herb. Eleuthero helps support endurance, adrenal energy, and daily strength when fatigue and low energy are major symptoms.
Bladderwrack – A mineral-rich sea herb traditionally used for thyroid nourishment and iodine support. It gives the formula a more direct thyroid-support direction.
Ginger Root – A warming herb traditionally used to stimulate agni (digestive fire), support digestion, improve circulation, and reduce cold, heavy sluggishness.
Cinnamon Bark – Traditionally used to support warmth, circulation, digestion, and metabolism. Cinnamon also improves the taste of the tea and strengthens the warming direction of the formula.
Black Pepper – Used as a stimulating catalyst to kindle agni (digestive fire), support absorption, warm the body, and help move cold, heavy congestion.
Together, these herbs create a warming thyroid-support tea for cold, slow, tired patterns where the body needs more warmth, circulation, metabolism, and energy.

Tips & Notes
This tea is best suited for cold, slow, heavy, low-energy thyroid-type patterns. It is not the correct tea for people with hyperthyroid-type symptoms, excess heat, nervousness, palpitations, racing heartbeat, unexplained weight loss, excess sweating, or overstimulation.
For sluggish thyroid-type patterns, support the body with warm cooked meals, regular mealtimes, digestive spices, steady daily movement, adequate sleep, and avoiding too many cold, heavy, greasy, sweet, or damp-producing foods.
If you are taking thyroid medication, have a diagnosed thyroid condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under medical supervision, consult your healthcare provider before using this tea.
This tea may pair well with diet and lifestyle changes for warmth, digestion, metabolism, circulation, and energy, depending on the person’s full pattern.
