About Formula
This Ayurvedic formula is traditionally used in Ayurveda for high blood pressure caused by nervous tension, anxiety, and poor circulation. According to Ayurveda, this condition is associated with a Vata imbalance—where excess air and space qualities cause irregular blood pressure and racing pulse.
Key Benefits:
- Helps regulate fluctuating blood pressure
- Relaxes the heart and calms the nervous system
- Improves blood flow and vessel tone
- Eases anxiety, nervousness, and restlessness
- Supports long-term cardiovascular and emotional balance
About Herbs
- Arjuna: Strengthens heart tissue, improves circulation, and reduces arterial plaque
- Shankpushpi: Calms the mind, reduces mental chatter, and supports restful heart function
- Jatamamsi: A nervine tonic used to slow down a racing heart and calm emotional stress
- Gotu Kola: Improves blood flow to the brain and extremities, supports vascular tone
- Sarpgandha: Traditionally used to manage high peaks in blood pressure and calm the nervous system
- Abhrak Bhasma: A mineral catalyst that enhances herb absorption and tissue regeneration
- Taruni (Rose Petals): Cooling, calming, and mildly astringent—soothes both mind and circulation
These herbs work synergistically to stabilize the heart, reduce blood pressure variations, and calm Vata imbalances in the cardiovascular system.
How to Take
Powder:
- Start with 1 tsp in ½ cup hot water, twice daily (morning and evening)
- If blood pressure does not stabilize, increase to 2 tsp twice daily
- Combine with Heart Tea for enhanced results
- Once blood pressure stabilizes, reduce the dose slowly
- This formula is safe for long-term use and may require several months of consistent intake
Avoid all stimulants (including coffee, green tea, chocolate, and spicy food), and prioritize a calming, grounding lifestyle.
