How to Take

Infusion Method:

  1. Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea to a tea strainer, tea bag, or directly into your mug.
  2. Pour 1 cup (8 oz) of freshly boiled water over the herbs.
  3. Cover and steep for 5–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Strain and drink warm.
  5. Optional: Add raw honey and fresh lemon juice to enhance taste and immune support.
