Tips & Notes
Dietary guidelines: Avoid cold, dry foods and beverages. Emphasize warm, moist foods such as soups, steamed vegetables, and lightly spiced herbal teas. Hydrate frequently and avoid caffeine and alcohol, which can increase dryness.

Dietary changes are important for effective treatment. Avoid aggravating foods and follow appropriate dietary guidelines for your condition.

Note: Advanced herbal teas are highly concentrated and significantly more potent than typical teas, tinctures, or single herbs. Many blends include up to 20 carefully selected herbs, designed to work synergistically for maximum effectiveness. These teas are often tailored to address specific health concerns and are safe to use long-term.
