About Formula
This Ayurvedic formula is traditionally used to relieve respiratory allergies caused by seasonal pollen, pet dander, or environmental irritants. According to Ayurveda, hypersensitive immune reactions are linked to excess Pitta and Vata in the respiratory tract and an overloaded liver. This formula cools inflammation, clears allergens, and gently supports detoxification.

About Herbs
- Shirish (Albizia lebbeck) – Known in Ayurveda as a natural antihistamine that helps modulate immune response and reduce allergy symptoms.
- Bharangi (Clerodendrum serratum) – Traditionally used to strengthen liver function, helping the body detoxify environmental irritants and allergens.
- Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica) – A bronchodilator and expectorant that opens the lungs and relieves congestion caused by allergic reactions.
- Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum) – Traditionally used to reduce coughing and soothe inflamed lung tissue.
- Anantamul (Hemidesmus indicus) – Supports the lymphatic system and detoxification; cools allergic inflammation.
- Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum) – Adds warming, circulation-boosting properties that help move congestion and support lung vitality.
- Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – Soothes irritated respiratory tissue and balances immune activity.
How to Take
Dosage:
Take 1 tablespoon of the powder mixed with warm water and honey to form a thick syrup.
How to Take:
Sip slowly and allow it to coat the throat and airways. Do not follow immediately with fluids. Repeat multiple times daily as needed.
Increase or reduce dosage based on symptom severity. Once symptoms improve, taper down slowly.
