About Formula
Soothing Skin Tea is a gentle herbal formula created for people with dry, rough, irritated, and itchy skin. According to traditional herbal use, this blend supports deep skin hydration, skin comfort, and healthy skin repair without being too drying or overly cleansing.
This tea is different from stronger skin-cleansing formulas. It is not designed like an Acne Tea, and it is not as detox-focused as Blood Detox Tea. Instead, it focuses on moistening, soothing, cooling, nourishing, and supporting irritated skin tissue.
Marshmallow Root and Slippery Elm Bark provide soothing, moistening support for dry tissues. Shatavari Root adds deeper nourishment and hydration. Plantain Leaf, Calendula Flowers, and Violet Leaf help calm irritation and support skin repair. Red Clover and Burdock Root provide gentle skin-clearing support without making the formula too harsh or drying, while Licorice Root further soothes and comforts irritated tissues.

Tips & Notes
This tea is best suited for dry, rough, itchy, irritated skin patterns. It is not the same direction as an acne formula or a strong detox formula, which may be too drying for some people.
For dry skin patterns, support the body with moistening foods, adequate hydration, good oils, cooked vegetables, soups, stews, and simple nourishing meals. Avoid overly dry, spicy, fried, processed, or irritating foods if they make the skin feel hotter, rougher, or more itchy.
If the skin is also very red, hot, inflamed, or reactive, additional cooling and inflammation-support formulas may be helpful. If the skin pattern is more oily, acne-type, or strongly congested, a different formula may be more appropriate.
For ongoing dry skin, rough skin, itchy skin, irritation, inflammation, or deeper skin patterns, schedule an appointment with Khabir Southwick at KhabirsHealthConsulting.com or call 888-611-0878.
