Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica): Diuretic and anti-inflammatory; helps flush toxins and reduce swelling in the urinary tract.
Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi): Strong urinary antiseptic; traditionally used to support UTIs and bladder health.
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense): Astringent and healing; tones urinary organs and supports tissue repair.
Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis): Antibacterial and diuretic; promotes kidney cleansing and urine flow.
Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra): Soothes mucous membranes; relieves irritation of the bladder and urethra.
White Oak Bark (Quercus alba): Astringent; tones bladder muscles and may reduce minor leakage.
